As much as we love our interaction over social media, nothing beats meeting you all in person. 2011 is shaping up to be a big year for us, with more than a dozen race appearances on our schedule. We’re finalizing things as we type.
Saturday, April 9
RLAMiversary Run!* in Denver, CO and Portland, OR
Denver details: starts 8:30 a.m. at Qi City Park Gym. Run 5k or 5 miles around City Park, return to the gym for quick yoga session for tight hamstrings, the chance to win prizes, grab a great goodie bag and, of course, eat a cupcake or two.
Portland details: start at 9:30 at RiverPlace Athletic Club. Run 5k or 5 miles, return to the gym for the chance to win prizes, grab a great goodie bag, get a mini-massage, and, well, I–Dimity–am not sure if SBS is on the cupcake train as heavily as I am. Let’s hope so, though!
*Strollers, single friends, new runners, one and all welcome at both runs.

Sarah and Dimity sell tees, books, and talk at the starting line for the Austin ZOOMA Half Marathon and 5K.
Friday, April 29
Nashville, TN
At 11 a. m., Sarah and Dimity give a talk –13.1 ways to Run Like A Mother–at the Expo for the Rock n Roll Marathon/Half Marathon.
Then we’ll be in the Sof Sole booth at the expo, selling books and tees and talking more running.
Saturday, April 30th
Nashville, TN
Sarah and Dimity rock ‘n’ roll for 13. 1 twangy miles.
Sunday, May 8th
Denver, CO
Dimity will be hanging at the Mother’s Day 5k in City Park. (Small endorsement: a great race that includes free admission to the zoo, post-race.)
Friday, May 20
Ogden, UT
Dimity and Sarah sell and sign books, sells tees, and lead presentation at Odgen Marathon expo. (Then BOTH of us run half the next day.)
Saturday, May 28
Bend, OR
Sarah sells and signs books, sells tees, and talks at expo for Happy Girls Half Marathon and 5K Run.
